Problem Note 64605: You experience performance issues with the BULKUNLOAD=YES option with SAS/ACCESS® Interface to Netezza because it incorrectly reads all observations
When you use the BULKUNLOAD=YES option with SAS/ACCESS Interface to Netezza, all observations are incorrectly processed by Netezza, regardless of whether you limit the result set with the OBS=<n> SAS option.
For example, you would encounter this issue if you ran code similar to the following:
libname test Netezza ..... ;
options OBS=10;
data test;
set test.NZTABLE(BULKUNLOAD=YES);
run;
The output table TEST contains the correct result set with 10 observations, but all observations in the NZTABLE in Netezza are processed with SELECT * FROM NZTABLE. This behavior adds unnecessary overhead and affects performance negatively.

For software releases that are not yet generally available, the Fixed
Release is the software release in which the problem is planned to be
fixed.
